是天津不如上海北京 但是天津离北京太近了 不好发展啊

而且如果你近几年没来天津的话 不要对天津评判

天津变了很多 繁华了许多

天津这个城市 让人待着没有烦闹的感觉 街道的人不是那么拥挤

人口天津没有上海北京的多 所以走在马路上很舒服

今年的天津温度不是很热了 一般现在这个日子 早就热的要命了 可是今年热的比较缓慢

天津是繁华中带有宁静的感觉 没有那么喧闹

我是天津人 我去过上海北京

北京上海是很繁华 但是真的要在那里生活我不想

因为我到了上海发现上海人太高傲了 他们是居住在国际化大都市 但是也不用眼睛长在鼻子上吧

当然上海也有好人 可是从那次去了之后我就不想再去了

而北京我个人认为 人太多了 哪都那么拥挤 还是住在天津偶尔去北京购物比较好

北方肯定是有风有土的 不像南方

环境~~我有一次不经意的发现上海和北京没有那么多的绿化树 而天津的河西区几乎道路两旁全是

天津的地铁很好 这是我觉得天津唯一比北京好的地方 因为是新建的

可是近1.2年来 天津开了不少不错的酒吧

我觉得天津在快速的发展

还有天津的滨海新区 也很好

但是天津商场里的服务绝对的不好

想了解天津可以看看传圣火时天津这个城市的风貌和环境啊

怎么叫融入到一个城市中呢！不管在那个城市只要用心好好工作，用心享受生活，身边自然就会有很多的朋友和同事了啊

如何评价深圳这个城市

上下班：之前在北京，上下班单程怎么也得1个小时。在这里，半个小时。不过公交的拥挤程度和北京不相上下。而且深圳有一个特别让我觉得郁闷的一点是，公交上车的人，总是还没等下车的人下完就开始上。具体来说，公交一开门，能上的人就会马上上。根本不会估计“先下后上”这个在北京已经完全养成的规则。

交通：两者其实都挺方便的。不过习惯了在北京的4毛钱之后，来深圳，公交2元起步，地铁随便几站也是五块钱以上。堵车，目测不是特别堵。拥堵系数，0最小，10最大。北京拥堵系数为9的话，深圳的拥堵系数大概就是6的样子吧。

周边环境：两个城市周边其实都有很多周末可以游玩的地方。北京周边基本都是山，深圳周边基本都是海。深圳的海的话，南澳那里似乎是最好的了。在深圳东边大概100公里的样子。周末去冲浪的感觉还是不错的。东冲西冲的水质可以完全和三亚媲美呀！

行业：本人IT *** 丝狗。之前混迹北京几个还算不错的互联网公司，现在在深圳一家小公司。相比之下，深圳的公司很坑爹。非常不正规。试用期没公积金，公积金基数是深圳最低标准1800，而且系数还是5%。之前还有几个公司的offer，都详细的问了问，好多都不是特别正规。所以奉劝各位来深圳的同行们，要找靠谱的公司啊！坑太多了！

公司：找工作的时候，居然几乎每个公司都要面试者自带简历！（腾讯例外）这个让我很诧异，简历难道不是已经给HR，HR看了满意后才约面试的吗？为毛还要面试者自带简历？有几个人家里有打印机这种“办公设备”的？这个和北京的IT公司完全不一样啊！

工资待遇：就IT行业来说，北京和深圳在待遇方面差不多。就我个人而言，现在的薪资和北京最后一份工作的薪资一样。（北京最后一份工作干了3个月来深圳的）但公积金几乎等于没有，这让我觉得很坑爹啊！

其他方面，其实都差不多，建筑风格，全国都差不多。人的素质，也都相差无几。吃喝玩乐的地方，也都那个样子。
